Connector Material of LAPEROS(R) LCP

Provided is a lineup from which you can select an optimum grade according to the connector design. For example, standard low warpage grades such as E471i and S471 are recommended for long type connectors. These grades also have higher mechanical strength.
Grades of E473i and S475 are recommended for compact and thin connectors which are so-called "fine pitch connectors." These grades also have advantages of remarkable high flowability and ease in molding although they are thin.
Finally, E130i and E480i are recommended for connectors known as CPU sockets as optimal grades. These grades can suppress plate warpage.
