Advanced Technology Exhibition Hall@TEPIA / POWER ASSIST SUIT
The Advanced Technology Exhibition Hall @ TEPIA was established by Association for Technological Excellence Promoting Innovative Advances (TEPIA) in 1989. It is a venue in which visitors can learn about a variety of advanced technologies that are the pride of Japan. They can also learn about the role plastics play in these technologies. POWER ASSIST SUIT
A device that enables one to generate more power than from their muscles alone. Heavy items can be lifted and carried easily when wearing this device. When lifting, sensors that measure the angle of the joints and muscle sensors work to calculate the required assist force and air (force) is delivered from an airbag.
