Ask for a separate study

We will separetely support you to design spur gears and helical gears. Please enter all of the following information and send it to us. We will report the results after a review and consideration of the details.

* Please be advised that we may contact you in order to ask you some questions about your request so that we may prepare the best possible response.

* The results will be reported by e-mail or telephone etc., from our person in charge of sales.

* We think it will take approximately one week to submit our report from the time of your request. However, the period may be adjusted depending on the difficulty of your request.

Parameters required for calculation

Please copy the following items and fill these in the inquiry form and send the form to us.

  • Material (Gears subject to calculation)
    Material (Mating gear)
  • Helix angle (Lead angle) (Degree)
  • gear teeth perpendicular module (mm)
  • Number of teeth of the gear subject to calculation
Number of teeth of the mating gear
  • Engaging gear width (mm)
  • Reference pressure angle (Degree)
  • Surface roughness of the mating gear (Rz) (μm)
(Please input this if the mating gear is made of metal.)
  • Profile shift coefficient of the gear subject to calculation
Profile shift coefficient of teeth of the mating gear
  • Rotational speed of the gear subject to calculation (rpm)
  • Steady torque of the gear subject to calculation (N·m)

  • Maximum torque of the gear subject to calculation (N·m)
  • Useful life required at maximum torque of the gear subject to calculation
  • Grease lubrication existent or nonexistent
  • Maximum temperature of the environment of use (°C)
  • Daily operating hours (Please select from 24Hr, 8-10Hr, 3Hr, 0.5Hr)
  • Kind of loads (if the maximum torque and the number of times are unknown, select one from the following)
    * Please select from the followings.
    Case 1: uniform load
    Case 2: with light impact
