NTT DOCOMO History Square exhibits the history and historical background of the mobile phone, which has become an essential feature of daily life. Mobile phones from different periods are on display. 		The model 802 was the first mobile phone. The weight was 900 g. Two years later, the model 803 weighing 640 g appeared. There is no doubt that the progress of semiconductors and plastic materials contributed to the progress in many aspects.
