2.1  Standard Molding Conditions

  Pre-drying : 120°C, 5 hours or longer
    : 140°C, 3 hours or longer
  Resin temperature : 250 kara 270°C
  Mold temperature : 40 kara 80°C
  Holding pressure : 60 kara 100MPa
  Cooling time : Slightly more than plasticization time, but without sticking in mold
  Screw rotation : 100 kara 150rpm
