Established in June 1988 as a joint venture of Polyplastics Co., Ltd., the Hoechst Group, and the Chang Chun Group, and began manufacture and sales of polyacetal resin. Later, in June 1995, Polyplastics Co., Ltd. acquired the shares of the Hoechst Group. The company headquarters is located in Taipei and the TA FA Plant is located in Ta Liao Hsian, Kaohsiung Country.
