Established in December 2001 as a joint venture of Polyplastics Co., Ltd., Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Company, Inc., Korea Engineering Plastics Co., Ltd., and Ticona for the purpose of manufacturing and selling polyacetal resin in China.
The company is 70% owned by Polyplastics Co., Ltd. The company headquarters and the plant are located in the Economic and Technology Development Area of Nantong Municipality in Jiangsu Province. The plant manufacturing facility has an annual production capacity of 60,000 tons of polyacetal resin and began commercial operation in October 2005. |
