Plastic Bottle Cap Collection in 2008

Our company supports the non-profit organization called "Ecocap Movement" which promotes a campaign of collecting plastic bottle caps to provide the world's children with vaccines. Starting from September 2007, plastic bottle cap collection activity is organized by our labor union in every office and plant in Japan. In addition, we support the elementary and junior high schools in the Fuji region for the same activity.

Between September 2007 and December 2008, about 186,740 caps (of which about 54,500 from our company, about 132,240 from schools) were donated to the Ecocap Movement. It is equivalent to polio vaccines for approximately 233 children. We would like to continue to engage in this activity.
