Corporate Governance
The Polyplastics Group makes every effort to reinforce corporate governance1) to be able to quickly and accurately respond to changes in the business environment, increase management transparency, and strengthen the relationship of trust with our various stakeholders2).
Corporate governance system
In 2001, Polyplastics introduced a system of setting the role of Executive Officers. This enabled the company directors to focus on the decision-making and supervisory functions, while executive officers, who are appointed by the Board of Directors, carried out the business operation function. By making a clear division between decision-making and supervisory functions and business operation function, we strive for further reinforcement of the company's management.

1) Corporate governance: The method, by which a corporation is directed, administered or controlled.
2) Stakeholders: People who will affect our business or will be affected by our business.
